Our field technicians are trained and ready to meet your Service Level Agreements (SLA's). We can tailor field service program(s) to meet your specific needs.

Equipment Repairs

TPS can be your "one stop shopping" for all your equipment repairs and QA needs. Our in-house team is experienced in repairing PC's, printers, and specialty devices. We'll provide our expertise in reducing MTBF's and partner with you to increase the life cycle of your devices and systems. We can alse facilitate equipment repairs with OEM's and vendors.

Staging

TPS staging team is ready to assist you in the procurement, inventory management, hardware configurations, and staging of your equipment. Our staging facility has the latest staging tools to accurately and effectively recieve, program, and ship your devices to their final destination.
